Can a company lay you off while your on disablity. My job has a 6 month disablity program which I fell under due to complicated pregnacy Im in my third month of disablity and Im told I may be laid off Is this legal for them to do?? If so do I lose the rest of my disablity pay and my health insurence right away?? What options do I have?
