I need to take a leave of absence for 4 months. I know I am entitle to this, I have worked for the company for 7 years, there are an estimate of 40 people working in the warehouse and there enough people to allocate my duties till I come back. I have given management 3 weeks notice. And I still have not received an answer back. I need to leave on Nov. 9 2000 to make a court date. I gave them an option where I would work Monday thru Thursday and have Fridays off to do my business. They still did not respond. What are my options?
