I recently left a company to go out on my own doing the same thing that my employer did. Are there any laws about bringing some of the clients that I managed with me? The line of business is Web Programming. There were a few clients that I serviced and they would like me to continue to do their work even after I told them that it would be best if I didn't. I want to make sure that, if I did any work, I wouldn't be violation a law.

Thanks.
