What is the name of your state? Louisiana

Dollar General store manager submitted applications to Dollar General headquarters for two applicants living at same address. Headquarters approved hiring and the two employees worked at DG for at least five months. Asset control made a sweep throught the store two weeks ago and fired all help except for store manager and assistant manager. Fired them all for "supposed" stealing. Now two weeks later they fire store manager for hiring two of the fired employees because they were hired knowing they lived at the same address. The reason was violating #47 in the company policy. NO pink slip given. Store manager cannot hire anyone without headquarter's approval. Why can he be fired for it? They obviously saw the same address on both applications and approved it. Can store manager fight this for unemployement? What is the name of your state?

The store manager may certainly file for unemployment, but you have posted nothing to suggest that anything illegal has transpired.
