i'm a 58 year old male who was separated/laid off from the company and specific reasons were not explained for the separation/lay off. Prior to the lay off, my position, job title, job descripiton and salary range were included in a company intranet job posting as well as "Hot Jobs.com." is this legal for a company to lay off an employee and simultaneously post a job for the same position? Performance ratings have always been "good."
