I have decided to consult an attorney regarding possible pregnancy discrimination and unlawful termination. My question now is what is the legal term for the lawyer not collecting a fee unless I win? Is that what they mean by contingency fees? I've also heard "Pro Bono" but I'm not sure what that is either.
