I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this best it was the best option I could find. I came home yesterday and noticed that my neighbor's ladscaper had his young son out there working with him. This kid couldn't have been more than 10 to 12 tops. I'm wondering if this is legal and what if any liability my neighbor who is elderly would have should the owners son become injured on her property.

Thanks.
