Hi, I'm from Ontario, Canada.

I was curious - where i work is a place that could certainly benefit from such public exposure of the toxic work environment, constant employee turnover rate, etc.

I've always thought that employees, or prospective employees, should have a website or book where they can research insider information on companies.

What kind of legal liability would i be exposed to if I were to divulge non-confidential, but nonetheless 'damaging' information, about the behaviour of my employer and management practices?

Thanks
