i am in jeporady of losing my professional license due to an incorrect drug test, i have had susequent tests including hair which are negative, though the FL board of nursing is not accepting the hair test. i have contacted many lawyers including labor lawyers and am told they handle discrimination cases which this in not. i feel i have a lawsuit against the lab for not following protocals when completing a urine drug screen therefore allowing a mistake to occur. what type of lawyer do i need? any and all suggestions will be appreciated. i have also been terminated from my job because the FL nursing board will not let me work until this matter is resolved and they will not hold my position open any longer.
