My son died because he lost his med. insurance when he lost his job. HELP PLEASE!!!
My son was a heart transplant that was fired for missing work for Dr. appointments . His employer knew when he was hired that he would have a lot of Dr. appointments but after 3yrs he lost his job , his insurance and therefore couldn't get his meds and in the end lost his life . is there anything that we can do ? I there anyone that can give me any advise ? My son was only 24 and had 3 very young children and no life insurance. Please respond ,I don't know what my rights are or what kind of lawyer to look for. countrygirl_73734 In Oklahoma.
