My emplyer told me I can not eat at a sub shop I go to for lunch and if I do he will fire me just because he does not like the man that runs it can he fire me for this? can I not go on my time where I want to eat my lunch? :confused:

He can fire you if he doesn't like your socks or if you root for a team other than the Cards. Seriously, as petty as this would be should you be fired for this reason, and he actually stated such, it would not be against the law.

Can't you just avoid this place on weekdays? At least until you find another job with a more reasonable boss.
