i live in iowa and filed a civil rights complaint in april. i have just gotten back the decision on the questionare that i had to fill out. it states that investigation is founded, but it suggest going through a mediation first to try to resolve the issues. my question is what happens next? does the company have to mediate, if not what happens next. if they want to mediate, how does the procedure go? what is the expectation? i have gotten this far with i dont want to do anything to stop the complaint from being recongnized.
