So sorry if this has been asked before, but I didn't turn up any search results. I'm needing to know about the state of Missouri's employment laws. I could really use some advice regarding wrongful termination, and if it's as hard to prove as everyone says. In addition, I need to know if there is a statute of limitations before an ex-employee can no longer sue.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance :)

It's quite alright. I found it myself after seeing how useless this site and the so-called "free advice" found here is. What a waste of server space.

Thanks, I guess.
