I am working for a company that has hired a third-party software company. I am an employee-at-will with no signed contract or non-compete clause. My employer has sent this third-party company a letter informing them that they cannot hire or interview any their employees.

As a result, I feel that the third-party company did not consider me as a potential candidate for an open position.

Have my employment rights been violated?

No, they have not. If the third party company wanted to hire you that badly, they were free to disregard your employer's letter. Your employer is not the boss of them; they didn't have to follow what he said.
