I recently had some heart problems that kept me from work for about a week or so. While I was out, a coworker got into all of my private files (customer base) from the past year and put them into a box. When I came back to work, everything was gone. Noone confessed until about a week later, but I am still out of a customer base that took a year to build up. I sell Toyota's for a living and in the car business a customer base is probably one of the most important things to have, if you wish to stay in the business long term. Anyway, the guy that did it confessed, yet nothing really happened to him. I'm angry about it and feel that he should pay somehow. Need some advice thanks.

Unless he uses the list, there's little to do.
