Sarah and Sabrina decide to leaving school after their Junior Cert. They get some work in a web design company after two months only Sabrina is hired and Sarah is told to go back to school. In Sabrina's contract it states that if she leaves the company she will not be able to come back to work there for 6 years. She will also be paid in cash as expenses. What are the legal issues that has occurred involving the two girls.

Doofus and Dummy and taking a class yet feel others should be doing their homework. What ramifications might this lead to if their professor finds out, and how stupid do they have to be to not realize they will get a lot more from their education if they do the homework themselves?

How childishly absurd!

Two teenage dropouts supposedly work for a design company for two months, but only one of them is hired? And one is so valuable as to require a contract of employment?

Did you purposely omit the clause that says she can’t chew gum at work “unless she brings enough for everyone”?

Find some where else to play your stupid games.

Unlike YOU the contributors to this site didn’t end up here by falling off of a flippin’ turnip truck!

Psst:

The wording kind of tends to indicate that the OP may be in the UK. That whole "junior cert" thing. If so, things work quite differently over there than they do here.

Maybe across the pond 2+2 does equal five. I'll have to ask Lizzie when I have TEE;) with her and Kate.

If I'm not mistaken, "Junior Cert." is actually a Republic of Ireland certificate. If OP were in the UK, we'd be talking about the GCSE.

How much does 2 + 2 equal in Éire? I guess Tigi will have to ask Mr. Quinn the next time they sit down for a cuppa.
