ok in february we had a huge blizzard. i was not able to get to town safely, so was suspended from my job for missing work. first off, can they do that?? isnt that a safety thing? so anyway, i was put on probation for it, then in april was very sick with sinus infection & bronchitis. my doctor took me off work for three days and my job fired me!!! i was then denied unemployment insurance due to misconduct!! is this right?? should i appeal the decision?? i just don't understand how a job can do this!!! please help!!

Based on the info in your post, yes, you should definitely appeal the denial of UI decision.
