Negotiating Salary - Please Help

Can my current employer find out what I negotiated with a potential employer(salary, vacation days, etc)? I have not yet officially accepted the new position since I am waiting to see what my current employer will come back with.

If you mean, does a public record exist somewhere that your employer can access, no, there is not.

If you mean, is it illegal for someone to tell your current employer about your negotiations, no, it is not.
