I'm a graduate student. I'd three job offers(3 different companies) in hand in Jan'01. I've accepted one employment offer and the company rescided the offer 15 days before the join date. I lost all the three jobs. Is it possible to take any legal action on the company that has rescinded the offer?

Please advice.:(

Unfortunately, unless the offer you accepted had specific terms as to termination, then you would be terminable at will, so they could also terminate the relationship before it starts.
