my co. provides a nextel phone/radio to it's employ's. i know it's illegal to monater two-way radio comunacitons but is it legal if they provide the phone.i a guy i work with went in to the main office to pick up a check from our super. and heard me and another guy i work with on the radio on my super.s phone.it's supost to be a private and only heard by the two people that are talking to each other and not by other people in the co. is this legal for them to do if not what can i do about it? thanks kenpo_001
