What is the name of your state?Missouri
When i was terminated for previous workmen's comp injuries with other employers it was not an assumption on my part I have it in black and white. They first try to say I did not inform them but ithen requested a copy of paper work where it was stated during hiring proccess. Paper work says company does not hire people with previous injuries. Would like to recieve more info e-mail at [email protected]

Okay, I"m not doubting you, just checking. You would be amazed at how many posts I read from people who say something on the order of, "Well, it MUST be because of thus and so, because I'm such a wonderful employee there couldn't POSSIBLY be any other reason".

I'm not sure which government agency regulates workers comp issues, but give your state DOL or your workers comp commission a call and see what they direct you. Alternately, talk to a local attorney specializing in workers comp issues.
