At Will Employment state. Employees terminated without warning, cited reason: No cause, At will employment state.

Employees file for Unemployment insurance and are denied. Employer cites "gross misconduct". Employees carried firearms, contrary to company policy.

Handbook states: "no unauthorized weapons". Supervisor states on hire, that because employees have concealed handgun permits, they are "authorized" by the state. Employees are former police officers. Supervisor states that at one time when she was a manager, she had a concealed handgun license and carried a gun in her purse when she was on site.

No one ever made an issue of the employees carrying handgun at anytime during the employment. Never came up until it was reported to the employment division.

Is there a cause for action by the employees here?
