no compete contract

if i sign a no compete contract and other people with same job title and same job descriptiion are not asked to sign or do not sign this contract is this legal and can it be inforced if i break it

Non Compete contracts are now frequently used by many corporations to protect their proprietary information and prevent competitors from "recruiting" their former employees which you know what it might lead to.
