I am a truck driver in California who is paid hourly.I regularly work up to 15 hours a day yet my employer only pays straight time after 8 hours work.Am I entitled to recieve time and a half after 8 hours and doubletime after 12 hours work. They state that as a truck driver I am not per IWC Wage order 9-90 stated in the California Assembly Bill 60.Is this correct?
