co state. i'm a sales person for a building product. i signed a non-compete clause 8 years ago and am now considering an offer from another company. the new company sells the same type of product but not to the same users and doesn't offer the exact product i currently sell. i currently sell directly to builders but with the new position would only sell through dealers. can i be sued?
