I signed a non compete with a company in the non compete there was a section that said that I would not recruit or entise an employee to leave the company. I left the company and started working for another company. 2 employees from the previous company contacted me and asked if I had any positions. They interviewed with my new company and were hired on. The old company is trying to file a civil lawsuit against me for hiring these emloyees. I live in Oregon. I do not feel as I recruited or entised them to leave as they contacted me. Help?
