Well shut my mouth. I have been told, even by recuriters in my state of Colorado (at-will state), that the non-compete agreements I sign are just a formality and not enforcable. It has been mentioned to me here that yes, they can be enforced in a court of law. I would like more information on this. Specifically, what points in a general agreement can be enforced and why...anything would be great.
