non compete agreement

due to a loss of a product line that i am responsible for, i stand to lose 30k - 40k in commissions anually. is their cause to get out of a non compete agreement in Ohio ?

If the agreement is otherwise valid, the loss of the product line does not cancel the agreement unless the agreement so provides.
