I have given my resigngation notice to my employer on 4th october 2000 saying that I would be resinging by 31st October 2000.

Without my notice my employer cancelled my health insurance on 4th Octoer. I came to know when I went to doctor with an apointment.
My employer is not paying me now though i still workk for them.
I'm in H1B visa.

My employer in in New Jersey. And I'm working in California represnting my company in a client place.

Is my employer's action legal?
Could any one help me in getting my pay for which I really worked at client's place?
And what am i have to do to get the health insurance?

Thanks a lot in advance...
