The corporate office of the company I was working for paid me for the last two weeks I worked for the company by direct deposit the same as they all ways do. But then later retracted the payment from my account because my ex-supervisor told them that I did not work those weeks. This is an absolute lie. I was a salaried employee so I did not punch a time card so how do I prove I worked so I can get my money from the corporate office? And if I can't what kind of legal rights do I have to pursue a case against them ?
