I started a new job on the 10th of November and left on the 18th of November due to the job not been properly sold to me. I should have been paid on the 24th but have not received anything. I have chased up the partners but with no reply. Is there anything I can do?

Yes, find a forum on United Kingdon law to reply to. There is no way we can know the laws of all 50 states much less all countries in the UK, European Union and Africa, Australia, Asia and other points.
