This is at least the third thread you've started on the topic. You should keep all your posts in the same place. You have a complex situation where you may very well be hurt. But, without review of all the facts, no one can tell how to fix it. Your first step is to a tax professional. If the hurt is really bad, go to an attorney to see if it is actionable.
