I work for a vending company, when I was hired I was told the position was hourly salary.
What they told me was if I work 40 hours I get paid for that 40,but if I work 50 hours I only get paid for 40 hours.
Well I looked up the labor law on this topic now correct me if I am wrong what it stated is if I am paid commission which I am not they can do this also if I am in management which I am not and if I make a certain amount of cold calls to customers which I am not doing.
The company is putting alot of pressure on the route drivers to work over 40 hours.

Thank You

Keith
