My fiance, "Mike", recently applied for, and was offered a position at a company in Carson, Ca, let's call it "Tire Guy". Mike then submitted his resignation to his current employer indicating that his last day would be 10/12. Last Thurs (10/6) Tire Guy informed Mike that there was some "restructuring" going on and that they now had to withdraw thier offer of employment. Mike then went back to his current employer to inform them of the situation and they gave him an extra week but he had to be out by 10/21. He is now out of a job with no potential offers in sight. Can he take legal action against the Tire Guy?

Thanks!

**A: yes he can, but make sure his ego will not be deflated when he loses.
