louisiana-i left my pre.employer in mid.feb.
they kept paying me untill sept.i thought it was severance pay since i was part of mgt.a supervisor.now they want there overpayment back.note the checks kept coming and i sent the last one back to hr,telling them i was no longer there at this co.i dont have the 14000. to send back ,this was a honest mistake on my part,i think,but now im looking at having to pay them back,plus
extra income tax......what do i do now?note there are no records of ser.pay from this co.
