I have worked for a small private company in Florida for 7 years. As of June 30, 2000, I have accrued 3 weeks of vacation. I will be leaving for another job in two weeks. Is my current employer required to pay me for the 3 weeks I have accrued?

That depends on what your company's policy is. Further, your state may have a general law regarding that. However, I don't practice law in your state. To verify, you would have to ask an employment law attorney near you. You should be able to find one at attorneypages.com
