My roomate and i work for the same company that contracted us out to another company. The contract ended and most of the employees on that contract were laid off. Fortunately our employers were able to find jobs for us at the company headquarters but at an hourly pay scale instead of commission like our previous job. This pay turned out to be significantly less than our pay before. Two months into our harder job with less pay we were told our pay would be cut further with even more work added. Is this legal?Florida
