as a bartender i dealt with all the restaurant's money.
i was contacted by my boss 3 days after i worked to be
told the draw was short $98. other people have access to
the draw. i told him there was no way i could have been short. i refused to pay. we agreed on my leaving after 3 years at the job. when i went to pick up my check, he had taken all $62 of it out to cover part of the $98. is this legal? is there anything i can do to get my money back?
