I work in Los Angeles Ca,and my Company recently filed Chapter 11. No one knows if we are going to get out of this, but if I decide to either quit or I am layed off or fired, Do they still have to pay me for my unused vacation, or is it a lost cause?.

Would I lose any commissions owed to me also?
