I WORK IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD IN FLORIDA.MY EMPLOYER FINES ME FOR LACK OF DOCUMENTATION.THE EMPLOYER DOESN'T DEDUCT THE FINES FROM MY GROSS INCOME BEFORE FIGURING MY SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE TAXES.HOW CAN THEY DO THIS????

I do not think it is legal to deduct anything from your paycheck except bona fide tax withholding and as a result of a court order unless you have given your employer written permission to do so -- such as union dues. I suggest that you contact your State's wage & hour division since I do not believe your employer can "fine" you monetarily.
