Aloha,
I worked for a union in southern california for 13 years( Iam currently 47 years old) - I am vested with a pension-
It seems the pension administrator 'mishandled the pension fund'leading to millions of dollars in lost funds-he is currently under investigation by a Grand Jury.
as a result my pension is to be cut by 25%
Is there nothing I can do to get what I worked so hard for???
I now live in Hawaii and am considering consulting a lawer to help me in this regard-
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
