I was injured at work and received compensation for awhile but then it stopped
because the company doctor then placed me on
permanent restrictions and released me to go
back to work.My job is very physical and be-
cause of the permanent restrictions I was not
allowed to work. Therefore I received no in-
come or compensation for almost five months.
I was re-examined by another company doctor
and then allowed back to work.If I was placed
on permanent restrictions then why wasn't I
compensated for a permanent disability,better
yet, why am I back at work, obviously the
injury (BACK) wasn't permanent.How can a
company get away with something like that?

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

You got caught in a viscious circle that always happens.

So....you now need to speak with a lawyer and get this taken care of: an employment labor law attorney
