What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

I'm not sure where to find it on the D.L.E.G. web-site for Michigan, but can somebody confirm if Michigan is a state in which an employer must pay out accured P.T.O.?

If so, would this claim be filed with the D.L.E.G.?

Michigan is NOT a state where the employer is required to pay out vacation time. Michigan is a follow-your-policy state; they only have to pay it out if there is a company policy that says they will.

DLEG - I had unused vacation time when I left my employer, can I receive payment for this time?
