i am from the state of ohio.
my wife recently interviewed for a management position at a large retail business. she was informed at the end of the interview that the she would be called within a week to make known their decision. today (3 days after the interview) we a received the decision in the mail. she was denied the position. that is not the problem, though. the decision was marked on a postcard for all to see. understandibly she was extremely upset about the rude and unproffessional way this was done. i do not think that this is information that should any way be made public to others. is there anything that we can do........
