I am a law enforcement officer who's probation period ends on 10/08/05, can I be terminated for no reason, simply because I am on probation? If I am a member of a Union can will they represent me while on probation? What are my rights as an "at will" employee?

So are you a union member? If so, you have probably have rights under the union contract that the law does not grant. If not, you are an at-will employee who can be terminated at any time for any not illegal reason.
