Whatever the employer chooses. There are no legal requirements, including that there be a probationary period in the first place.
 
If by "remuneration" you're asking whether or not you have to be paid, the answer is probably yes. If you are doing "work," even if it's training that will eventually benefit your employer, you have to be paid.

But...I am not sure what you're asking or your specific situation. If you want to be a little clearer, I can be sure you are given accurate information.
