Profit Sharing

I have been working for this company in Massachusetts for over 4years. I recently got a new job, I want to know how long can this company hold my profit sharing from me? They usually contribute in the middle of the year and I get my statement in November. I just want an idea of when I can ask them for it so I can transfer it somewhere else. Thanks Neelyk

Read through your Summary Plan Description booklet. If you have lost it, call and ask them to send you another one. Every thing you want to know about your profit sharing plan is in there -- names, phone numbers, addresses, etc.
