I am currently assisant manager of a store in my area that is a part of a large nation wide chain.I have been doing the job of store manager for about 2 mounths.When I asked the Disrtict manager for the promotion to Store manager he said I was not seasoned enough,he said that in the future if I were still interested he would be glad to promote me.Although he still expects me to do the job of store manager,for assistant manager pay.What can I do about this.
