If your employer's policy is to cash it out, yes.

If your employer's policy is not to cash it out, no.

NJ is a "follow your policy" state. NJ law does not require that an employer pay out earned but unused PTO, but if their policy is to do so, the state will require that they honor their policy. If their policy is not to do so, the state will not require them to pay it.

Agree. NJ employers aren't required to pay vacation and/or sick days upon separation unless they maintain a policy or are otherwise contractually bound to paying accrued, but unused, vacation and/or sick days upon separation.
