What is the name of your state? Ohio

If my paycheck bounces, how long is it before I can consider myself terminated for unemployment purposes? Does the employer have a time to make the funds good? I need to file for unemployment as soon as possible because the employer has not been paying the health insurance, though we have been deducted for it, and I am worried about being uninsured, as I am six months pregnant. I don't trust this employer to have me covered, health insurance wise, when I give birth. I don't want to be stuck thinking I have health insurance when in fact I don't. I NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE!
